Webster Montessori School is known for extraordinary faculty, creative programming, and is highly regarded for decades of success in providing children’s education. WMS currently enjoys an enrollment of more than one hundred children who are between the ages of eighteen months and twelve years.
The school’s expansion ensures that future generations of students will experience the joy of learning and the opportunity to reach their highest potential through the Montessori education philosophy.
With the completed expansion, the school has effectively doubled its size. The school is now able to accommodate more students, to provide better physical education spaces, and has the capacity to expand educational programming as necessary including the addition of higher grade level classrooms.
Head of School, Jacqueline Griebel, stated, “September 3rd was such an exciting day for Webster Montessori School as we formally opened our new building expansion. Tremendous planning and work over many years by many people went into making this a reality for the school. As adults, we are all excited by this major milestone and we admire the new windows, walls, and physical details.”
She continued, “Most importantly, we must pause to be reminded of the many children that will be impacted. The classrooms and recreation space are now available to provide hundreds of children the opportunity to be inspired by learning and enjoy a foundation for success. That is our real celebration!”
An Open House will be held at the school on Tuesday, October 8th for those interested in learning about the Montessori method of teaching and enrolling at Webster Montessori School.
