Toddler Lead Teacher
Webster Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our joyful, warm and connected teaching team for the 2026-27 school year.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience leading a Montessori toddler classroom or similar environment, with a preference given to candidates who have AMI, AMS or other similar Montessori training. They are passionate about child-centered education, adaptable, innovative, and collaborative. This full-time position involves ensuring a supportive, enriching, and inclusive Montessori environment.
Toddler Assistant
Webster Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Classroom Assistant to join our joyful, warm and connected teaching team for the 2026-27 school year.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting. A CDA, early childhood degree, and Montessori experience are preferred. We are seeking an adult who is passionate about child-centered education, adaptable, innovative, and collaborative. This is a half-day position that involves ensuring a supportive, enriching, and inclusive Montessori classroom environment.
Primary Assistant
Webster Montessori School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join one of our Primary classrooms (ages 3–6) beginning in the 2026–2027 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collaborative, child-centered environment rooted in Montessori principles.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, caring, and energetic, with at least three years of experience working with children in this age group within a classroom setting. A passion for supporting young learners and fostering independence is essential.
