Summer Camp Counselor
The program counselor is responsible for caring and engaging young campers ages 3+ (primary focus of 3-5 year old) in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. This role focuses on supporting early childhood development through play, routine, and positive guidance.
Toddler Assistant
Webster Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Classroom Assistant to join our joyful, warm and connected teaching team for the 2026-27 school year.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting. A CDA, early childhood degree, and Montessori experience are preferred. We are seeking an adult who is passionate about child-centered education, adaptable, innovative, and collaborative. This is a half-day position that involves ensuring a supportive, enriching, and inclusive Montessori classroom environment.
Primary Assistant
Webster Montessori School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join one of our Primary classrooms (ages 3–6) beginning in the 2026–2027 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collaborative, child-centered environment rooted in Montessori principles.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, caring, and energetic, with at least three years of experience working with children in this age group within a classroom setting. A passion for supporting young learners and fostering independence is essential.
On Site Wrap-around Coordinator
Webster Montessori School is seeking an organized, experienced, and enthusiastic educational administrator to serve as our Wrap-around Coordinator beginning by the end of the 2025-2026 school year. The Wrap-around Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Webster Montessori School’s Before and After school program and Summer Program under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Extended Learning.
