The WMS financial aid award application is completed online via FACTS Management, and can be accessed at this link: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3MJPR

The application opens at the beginning of January for the following school year. Application is rolling. We suggest that you begin the process as early as possible to allow time for any follow-up materials that FACTS may request.

If you receive an error message or have any questions about the application process or your application status, please contact FACTS directly at (866) 441-4637 as they are best suited to assist.

Parents and/or legal guardians of admitted or re-enrolling students are eligible to apply for a financial aid award. You may start an application before your child has been accepted, but you will not receive a decision until after they are admitted to Webster Montessori School.

In addition to providing information about your family, the application will ask you to upload your most recent pay stub, your most recently filed tax return, and your recent W-2’s. They may request additional information once your application has been submitted.

If you have a child in college and/or a child in another private school, you will be asked to provide a copy of that school’s tuition bill or a financial aid award letter to verify the net amount you are paying to that school.

We recommend that the FACTS application be completed by March 15. This includes all necessary documentation. Applications completed after March 15th will be accepted; however, we cannot guarantee that funds will still be available.

Financial aid is awarded on a rolling basis once financial aid award applications are completed, and your child has been accepted to Webster Montessori School.

If you decide to accept the financial aid award and enroll your child at Webster Montessori School, you will need to submit the registration fee and any required enrollment forms within two weeks of receiving your financial aid award notice. Please note the registration fee is non-refundable.

If you decide to delay your registration or you do not register by the deadline, your original financial aid award will be returned to the pool for all remaining applicants. Your financial aid award application will be reviewed again at the time of registration. We cannot guarantee that the financial aid award will be equal to its original amount.
